For any order cancellation (totally or partially) you must contact us immediately on sales@octopus.gr.
No cancellation is possible after the order has been run to dispatch.

Ways of Payment
The on-line shop www.octopus.gr offers the following ways of payment:

• By credit - debit card. Your card is charged the day we dispatch your order. The on-line shop www.octopus.gr has taken all the necessary actions in order to secure the transactions using a credit - debit card. (see Security)
• By debiting a PayPal account. The on-line shop www.octopus.gr has taken all the necessary actions in order to secure the transactions using PayPal service. (see Security)
• Cash on Delivery.
• By deposit to the bank account of the company which is pointed during the order's process.
  Bank transfer expenses are paid solely by the customer.
  The order will be released only after the bank transfer is reflected to the above account.
  You can choose to pay for your order issuing a retail receipt or an invoice. An invoice is issued to companies or/and to businesspeople providing that the following data will be filled in the order form:

The Dispatch

If all the items are available, your order will reach you with in 2 working days, from the moment we will advise the dispatch, in most addresses in Greece.
If your address is “difficult to be reached", by the courier, the time of delivery is increased to 3-4 working days.
The on-line shop www.octopus.gr is using Geniki Tahidromiki Courier Service for the safe and speedy delivery of all orders.
The cost of dispatch is paid by you and is added to your order.

Price of the Disposed Items
The prices shown on the relevant pricelists of the on-line shop www.octopus.gr are inclusive of the applying V.A.T. (24%).
The on-line shop www.octopus.gr reserves the right to readjust the prices of the items available on the warehouses.

Return Policy
1. You have the right to return the item(s) you have purchased in the e-shop www.octopus.gr , without any obligation on your part to justify their return within fourteen (14) days following their date of delivery. In this case, we will refund you the whole amount of money we received from you (including shipping cost) within ten (10) business days as of the date we received the goods you are returning. In any other case items must be returned not later than thirty (30) days as of the date of puschase.
2. Should you wish to change the returning item(s) with an other of your choice you are kindly requested to e-mail us at sales@octopus.gr or call us at +30 210 48 18 490 mentioning all the details of the items you wish to purchase and of those you return.
3. Returned items are accepted only in the same condition that they have been delivered along with their relevant receipt or invoice. They are not accepted if their packaging has been unsealed, opened or if they have been operated/used in any way. In order to avoid any discomfort we advise you to carefully check the condition of the items delivered to you as well the fact that their packaging is sealed and intact, upon the time of delivery so you can immediately discover any possible discrepancies (broken merchandise, wrong dispatched item etc.).

4. In any case of returning item(s) you should first e-mail us at sales@octopus.gr, where you should mention your order code, your personal details including telephone number.

Special terms – Restrictions of Return

• It is absolutely necessary, prior to returning, to e-mail us at sales@octopus.gr
• Items that have been unsealed, used, damaged in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.
• The choice of refund can only be applied for purchases within our e-shop www.octopus.gr.
• Customers take full responsibility, including transport charges, for the safe shipping of the items they are returning. We recommend you send the package by courier service or registered. Our company cannot be liable for any losses or damages of the goods during transportation of returning items.
• Should you wish to change items you purchased inside Octopus stores and not in the e-shop www.octopus.gr, you are requested to contact first at +30 210 48 18 490.

Force majeure. If, in case of “force majeure" (bad weather conditions, strikes, lack of stock etc.) we are unable to deliver your order within the prearranged time limit, we will contact you on your e-mail address so you can verify that you wish us to complete your order.
www.octopus.gr is confident about the good quality of the products disposed and backs up every purchase made on line. Any defected item should be returned within thirty (30) days from the day of delivery, inside its original packaging.
